In this fast-paced world, chock full of societal and familial conditioning, as well as external and internal expectations, it's easy to overlook our own needs and well-being because we just don't have time.

The truth is, you have time for everything that is a priority to you, but as moms, we're often caught up in a cycle of constantly saying 'yes' to everyone and everything, spreading ourselves thin in the process.
